Choose your summary language
T2 detects the spoken language. You decide in which language the summary is written.
T2 understands more than 40 languages and detects them on its own, even when people switch language mid-meeting. The summary is written in one language of your choice.
Change the summary language
Open Settings, Summaries.
Choose Summary language.
Pick Same as recording or a fixed language like English.
The setting applies to new recordings. To change the language of an existing summary, open the recording and choose Summarize again from the menu.
Tips for mixed language meetings
If a meeting is mostly in one language with a few phrases in another, the transcript keeps every phrase as spoken. Only the summary is translated.
