Record your first meeting
From install to your first summary in under five minutes.
You need the T2 app on your phone and about five minutes. A free account is enough.
Steps
Open T2 and sign in with your email. You get a code, no password needed.
Allow microphone access when T2 asks. Without it, T2 cannot record.
Tap the large record button. Put the phone in the middle of the table, screen up.
Tap Stop when the meeting ends. T2 saves the audio and starts the transcript.
Wait for the summary. For a 30 minute meeting this takes less than a minute.
What you get
Every recording has three parts: the transcript with speakers, a summary with the main points and a list of action items. You can edit all three, and you can share them as a link or a PDF.
Tell everyone in the room that you are recording. T2 reminds you before each recording.
