About these terms

These terms apply when you use the T2 app and this website. By creating an account or using T2, you agree to them. If you use T2 for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.

Your account

• You need a valid email address to create an account.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use T2.

Recording other people

T2 records conversations. Before you record, ask everyone in the conversation and stop if someone does not agree. Laws about recording differ between countries, and you are responsible for following the rules that apply to you.

Your content

Your recordings, transcripts and notes belong to you. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and sync them so the app works. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it.

Pro subscription

• Pro is billed by the app store you bought it in, monthly or yearly.
• Your subscription renews until you cancel it in your app store settings.
• When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its own rules.

Fair use

Do not use T2 to record people secretly, to break the law or to harm others. Do not try to access other accounts, overload our systems or copy the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Changes and availability

We improve T2 regularly and may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days in advance.

Liability

We work hard to keep T2 reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Transcripts and summaries are created automatically and may contain mistakes. Check important details before you rely on them.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. This deletes your recordings and notes. We may close accounts that break these terms after giving notice where possible.
