Who we are
T2 is an app that records meetings and voice memos, transcribes them and writes summaries. This policy explains which data we process when you use the T2 app and this website, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you choose, your name.
- Recordings and transcripts you create in the app.
- Usage data, such as which features you use and crash reports. You can turn this off in the app settings.
- Payment status for Pro. Payments are handled by the app stores. We never see your card details.
Your recordings
Recording and transcription run on your device by default. If you turn on sync, recordings are encrypted and stored in your private space. Nobody at T2 listens to your recordings, and we do not use them to train AI models.
How we use your data
We use your data to run the app, keep your notes in sync, answer support requests and improve T2. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Sharing
We work with a small number of service providers, for example for hosting and email. They only process data on our behalf and under written agreements.
Your rights
You can access, export and delete your data at any time in the app settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
