Get better results in noisy rooms
Where to place your phone and which settings help when the room is loud.
T2 filters background noise before it transcribes. A few habits still make a clear difference.
Placement
Put the phone in the middle of the table, screen up, not in a pocket or bag.
Keep it away from laptops with loud fans and from coffee machines.
In large rooms, use a second phone with T2 at the other end of the table. T2 merges both recordings.
Settings
Noise filter is on by default under Settings, Recording. If voices sound thin, try turning it off for that room. The saved audio is never changed, so you can always transcribe again with a different setting.
