Edit speaker names
Rename, merge or split speakers. Changes apply to the transcript, summary and action items.
T2 labels voices as Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on. You can replace these labels with real names at any time.
Rename a speaker
Open the recording, tap a speaker label and choose Rename. Type the name and confirm. Every line from that speaker is updated.
Fix mistakes
Merge: if T2 split one person into two speakers, tap one label and choose Merge with.
Split: if T2 heard two people as one, tap the label, choose Split and select the lines of the second person.
Undo: every change can be undone from the menu for 24 hours.
Speaker names are stored with the recording. They are not shared with other recordings.
