Fixed missing words in long recordings

Some of you wrote in about short gaps in long transcripts. The cause was the point where T2 joins audio segments: at every ten minute boundary a second of audio could fall between two segments.

What we changed

Segments now overlap by two seconds and T2 removes the duplicate words afterwards. Recordings you made before 2.2.1 are not changed automatically. To fix an older transcript, open it and choose Transcribe again from the menu.
